VMware Migration Hub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Bridgepointe Technologies. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when you use this website or submit our assessment form.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you provide. When you submit the assessment form, we collect your name, work email, phone number, company name, and the VMware environment details you choose to share (VM count, current spend, renewal date, priorities). The form is processed by Netlify, our website hosting and form-processing provider, and delivered to Bridgepointe advisors.

How we use your information
- To prepare and deliver your assessment, written roadmap, and any follow-up advisory work you request

- To improve our advisory services and website content
We use your information only to provide the advisory service. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to third-party mailing lists.
What we never do
Sharing with providers
We share your information with a technology provider only when you ask us to request a proposal from that provider, and only the details the provider needs to quote your environment accurately. Submitting the assessment form does not, by itself, share your information with any provider. You decide which providers see your information, and when.
Data security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including TLS encryption for data in transit and access controls limiting who can view assessment submissions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we treat your environment and contact details with the same care we'd expect for our own.
Data retention
We retain assessment information for as long as needed to provide the advisory service and maintain our client relationship. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our active systems.
Your rights and choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You may also opt out of follow-up communications at any time. To make any of these requests, email advisor@vmwaremigrationhub.com and we will act on it promptly.
Third-party links
This site links to provider and supplier websites. Their privacy practices are their own, this policy covers only vmwaremigrationhub.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date on this page. Material changes will be noted prominently.
